Certain kinds of wine match with a specific kind of food, so does beer. Here's to Beer is an American website throwing out all the facts about beer, from brewing to different kinds of beer and the food they match.
My favorite Hefeweizen goes best with pungent and intense aromatics such as mastard flavors, pickles, horseradish and cured meat. It is classically paired with weisswurt (white sausage), another favorite of mine.
