Photoshop Express

I found this free online service from www.dpreview.com just yesterday. After registration, you can upload your own photos or import them from Picasa or even Facebook. On top of simple photo editing it allows you to stretch a specific part of the photos (such as your face) or "color-pop" them. For most editing options, be it Fill light or Tint, you just click it and a few samples modified using pre-set values pop up for you to select from. Pretty fool-proof. Of course you can also publish the photos from there. I have just signed up yesterday and still playing around with it. More about it can be found here and here.
