Gravity

I called grandma this morning and told her that I would go see her soon. We didn't talk a lot, just caught up something trivial. After I hung up, I cried very badly. I felt I was like the little boy comforted by grandma after being bullied decades ago.

I had never felt that strong before. Maybe it takes time and some bitter encounters to get to feel the gravity of the bond that links you to people who love you.
