酥炸鮮魷
好在今日養傷,冇去打波,唔係就食唔到母親大人整既酥炸鮮魷。
以前屋企由煮,阿媽唔識煮。後來爺爺去左台灣之後,食阿媽煮既覺得係有d崖義氣。後來佢去左幫舅父做幫廚(舅父做大廚),做左兩年之後打通左任、督二脈,有心機煮果陣好食過大酒樓。佢依家煮用既豉油都係自己煮架。
講返今日既酥炸鮮魷,用天婦羅既炸醬黎包,新鮮炸出黎果陣外脆內軟,鮮魷用細細隻,阿媽話咁先至唔軔。阿媽仲好好心機咁將生菜切絲墊底,唔食埋d生菜絲即係唔領情啦。
